Return & Exchange Policy

At Luna Bella, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check your item carefully once you receive it.

No Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds

Eligible items may only be exchanged for another item.

3-Day Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp: +961 81 635 781 within the 3-day exchange period.

Your request must include:

  • Your name and order details

  • Clear photos of the item

  • The reason for the exchange

Please do not return an item before your exchange request has been reviewed and approved by Luna Bella.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • The item must not have stains, perfume, makeup, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale, promotional and discounted items are final sale, except purchases using Welcome10, which are eligible for replacement within 3 days under the conditions below.

  • Welcome40: final sale; no returns, exchanges, replacements or refunds.
  • Welcome10: eligible replacement within three days, subject to the stated conditions; no refunds.

Exchange Value

  • The item may be exchanged for another available item.

  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

  • If the replacement item costs less, the price difference will not be refunded.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs related to an exchange are the customer's responsibility unless the customer received an incorrect or defective item.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order and send clear photos showing the issue.

Final Approval

All exchanges are subject to approval and inspection by Luna Bella. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
